The Verint iMIS bridge provides two way integration. First, the bridge pushes iMIS contacts to Verint to complete surveys. This process can include any custom fields for iMIS. Then, using Verint tools you can build a multi-page survey solution with branching based on data in iMIS. When a survey is completed, completion data is sent back to iMIS as an activity record and can be used as an engagement metric.
