Supported use cases

  • Course access can be purchased in iMIS as a product, event, or subscription. Upon successful checkout, class enrollments are pushed to aXcelerate. Mandatory items are automatically added to the enrollment, electives can also be pushed to the enrollment.
  • Contact records can automatically be added for employers, payers, supervisors, agents, coaches, and international contacts associated with the learner. These are driven from an IQA in iMIS at the time of the enrollment.
  • Each contact has a user. If the user doesn't exist a new user will be created and will optionally, receive a welcome email.

The ATS methodology for bridges uses the iMIS API's to achieve the results you expect from a world-class integration. We work closely with third-party partners to use their API's in the most efficient manner. We pride ourselves on building integrations that work on many versions of iMIS. This means that when you upgrade iMIS the bridges will continue to work without having to be rewritten.
