ATS VoterVoice Bridge for iMIS
Unify Advocacy, Engagement, and Member Data
The iMIS and VoterVoice integration, powered by the ATS Bridge, connects your member database with powerful digital advocacy tools to streamline member engagement and legislative impact. This seamless integration enables two-way data synchronization, single sign-on (SSO) access, and automated prospect creation, giving organizations a complete view of member activity and advocacy participation. By eliminating data silos, you can launch targeted advocacy campaigns, strengthen member relationships, and measure engagement impact—all within iMIS. Empower your mission with a unified, data-driven approach to advocacy management and member engagement.

Bridging Advocacy & Engagement
Key Features
- Transfer contacts and demographics from iMIS to VoterVoice for use in campaigns.
- Write actions back to iMIS to record engagement.
- Update US and State congressional districts in iMIS based on addresses.
- Record current representative contact information in iMIS for states (e.g., senators, representatives, governor, assembly members, etc.)
- Create prospects in iMIS for advocates not in iMIS.
- Record campaign details and campaign topics in iMIS including items such as title, dates, and topics related to the campaign.
- Direct users through a login which will log them into their VoterVoice account.
Use Cases
- Using an IQA, contacts and demographics can be synced to VoterVoice and included in Campaigns. The IQA will push records to keep the contact information up to date.
- As users take action at VoterVoice, engagement data will be written back to an iMIS activity record.
- Create a link on your RiSE site that is restricted to logged in users. The user can then be directed to VoterVoice logged into their VoterVoice account. You can optionally allow authenticated and unauthenticated users to use VoterVoice.
- If desired, when an advocate interacts with VoterVoice and takes action, but is not in iMIS, a prospect record can be added in iMIS so that you can further engage the person.
- Use the feature to update congressional districts in iMIS for the US Congress, State House, and State Senate. Then cross reference that data with other data in iMIS (e.g. event attendees) to report on based on districts.
- Use the information about officials saved into an iMIS panel to connect individuals in iMIS to their representatives for functions outside of VoterVoice.
- Create a page in iMIS RiSE based on the current active campaigns.
- Find individuals in iMIS who have responded to campaigns based on the topics of the campaigns. For example, find all people who took action on bills related to taxes.
- If you have a use case that is not listed or would like additional information, please Contact ATS.

This means that when you upgrade iMIS the bridges will continue to work without having to be rewritten.
The results of this methodology include:
- Compatibility with all versions of iMIS (unless otherwise noted) using the appropriate iMIS API's that work best with your version of iMIS.
- The flexibility of on-premise or hosted models for the software.
