- ATS Continuing Education Viewer/Input Module
ATS CE Viewer/Input Module
The ATS CE Viewer/Input Module allows organizations to give its members the opportunity
to view and (in cases where it is warranted) input continuing education hours into
iMIS via the web. By allowing your members to view the continuing education hours
that have been submitted, reviewed, and accepted you are offering an uncompromising
level of customer service. By allowing users to input continuing education hours
onto their record you not only increase the effectiveness of your website, but also
minimize and in some cases eliminate the review time and data entry associated with
continuing education.
The user interface is completely customizable to fit into your organization’s business
rules. ATS will work with you to develop a finite list of requirements and business
rules to ensure the application will work as you expect it to. Once you go live
with the implementation your members will have immediate access to review their
currently reported continuing education hours.

- Continuing Education Application System
ATS Continuing Education Approval System
The ATS Continuing Education Approval System (CEAS) provides a fully iMIS-integrated method of managing the process of submitting an
application for a continuing education program and the review of that application. Hospitals and other health related facilities use the online
form to submit an application. Once approved, the facility can provide that educational session to the health care professionals for two years.
This module integrates with the iMIS Customer Module and the orders system. All processes that integrate with iMIS use the .NET iMIS Business Objects.
The Continuing Education Approval System allows a pre-determined team of reviewers to confirm that the application meets standards. If it does not, the
reviewers can add notes indicating the deficiencies and the original person who submitted the review is notified and requested to make the necessary
modifications to bring the application into compliance.
Key features of this custom solution include:
- .NET Based submission form with data stored in iMIS tables and ancillary tables that uses the .NET IBOs
- Allows submitters to upload supporting documentation such as PDF flyers
- Automatically creates an evaluation form for the submitter to use at their class.
- A payment processing system that creates batches and stores information in iMIS using the .NET IBOs
- A scheduling system that allows the staff administrator to assign teams and team leaders that uses the iMIS Committee module
- An email logging/tracking system to notify all individuals throughout the process.
This system has been audited by the American Nurses Credentialing Center and has been approved by that entity for use.

Custom Online Member Directory
A member directory is a valuable benefit that you can provide to your web users.
Member directories allow users to dynamically search your membership database, which
allows current members to view lists of their peers and individuals from the general
public to find the member that best suits thier needs.

- Prometric Data Transfer Module
Prometric Data Transfer
The ATS - Prometric Data Transfer Module manages the automated transfer of test eligibility data to, and test results from, Prometric.
The data transfer process consists of three main pieces: The data “in” process, the data “out” process, and reporting process.
This module integrates iMIS with a fully automated system to manage exams for iMIS users who partner with Prometric. Any organization that
uses Prometric to manage their exams will benefit from this module. This module can even be used to automate the printing process of Renewal
ID Cards and/or Certificates of Completion.
Data "In" Process
The Data "In" procedure performs the following:
- Downloads all outstanding test result files from the Prometric FTP server, and removes them from the server. The files are stored in an archive folder on the local web server should they be needed later.
- Parses the data from Prometric and saves it to a table that stores the raw input for reporting later.
- Updates the status on each individual’s application from “Pending” to either “Passed” or “Failed”.
- If any results are returned that do not match a Pending application record in iMIS, the user is alerted to the anomaly.
This process could be run as often as needed. After import job has been processed reports can be generated and sent to a
printing house to automate certificate prints and/or ID card prints.
Data "Out" Process
The data “out” procedure creates a comma-delimited file containing all individuals whose applications were submitted in the given date range,
with a “Pending” status. The user is notified of the number of records the transmission will contain as a data integrity check before the data is sent.
The data is saved in a database table for later reporting, and the comma-delimited file is uploaded to Prometric’s servers.
Reporting
This procedure creates custom reports based upon the organizations business rules based upon the data that has been imported into iMIS from Prometric.
This procedure can be used to create quarterly reports on the number of individuals who have passed, failed, or even those individual who had not shown
for an exam during any exam cycle. Year-end reports can be created to track the number of new applications versus the number retakes. The types of
reports that can be generated based upon exam data is limitless as long as the information has been input into iMIS as part of the data “in” process.

ATS has tools for integrating iMIS with SalesForce CRM!
When integrating iMIS with third party systems such as SalesForce the goals are usually to allow input of information in either system and synchronize the two systems. That is exactly what the integration does. ATS integrates
- iMIS records with SalesForce accounts, contacts, and leads.
- MIS Activities with SalesForce Tasks, Opportunities, and Events
Using the iMIS change log and the Sales Force change log, records can be checked for differences. Logic is then used to determine which piece of information in which system is newer. Then the older data is updated with the newer data from each system. An extensive mapping will help to set business rules to determine which fields in iMIS get mapped to which fields in SaleForce.
In addition an administrative portal provides you
- Configuration tools to let you manage the usernames, passwords associated with the installations.
- Full scheduling of the job including frequency and black out times/dates
Full logging including records updated, changes, deleted, and any records that could not be processed due to validation errors on either system.
As each installation is different ATS consulting services will be required to help with the application of business rules and mapping of data that your organization wants to track.

The ATS Volunteer Management System (VMS) is a .NET web-based, fully iMIS-integrated
solution to managing volunteer activities and volunteering. Members are encouraged
to manage all volunteer work they perform through this system, which allows them
to create and manage projects, communicate with other volunteers, and track their
volunteering history. Volunteering is becoming a major part of corporate responsibility
programs, and associations have had terrific feedback from providing a volunteer
management system to their members.
The system allows users to create their own account, which adds the individual to
iMIS. Projects and volunteer signups are stored linked to the customer’s record,
so all activity within the system is able to be tracked to the customer level. In
addition, the system is tightly integrated with chapter records, so reports can
be generated to aggregate volunteer data at the chapter level.
